Our Philosophy: Happiness is a Skill
And just like any other skill, you can practice and improve. When you practice playing a sport or an instrument, both your body and your brain learn how to perform those tasks better, faster and more easily.
We want to help you practice being happy, so that your body and brain become so good at being happy that it becomes easy for you. We want happiness to feel like riding a bike: Something that you absolutely know how to do and can engage in whenever you choose!

Meditation doesn’t have to be hard! You don’t need to sit still for an hour while thinking about nothing and trying to ignore that itch on the tip of your nose that just won’t go away.
We believe that meditation is simple. The goal of our meditations is simply to feel positive emotions. That’s it! And you won’t believe the amount of good that can do for your life.

We help you to practice love by leading you to imagine yourself helping others, wish good things for others, and feel the love that others have for you.

Part 3: The Cooldown
Listen to the Music, and Soak it All In

The Time is Now Yours to…
At the end of each training section (part 2) there will be a suggestion for something you may want to think about during your self-guided, cooldown time. Then you will have about 3 minutes of time with just background sounds or music, during which you can think about the suggested topic, or whatever else you’d like.
Example 1:
The time is now yours to continue this breathing exercise, to continue alternating between feeling each sensation in your head and your chest and you breathe in, and choosing a different part of your body to intentionally relax each time you breathe out.
The time is yours.
Example 2:
The time is now yours to imagine what might have gone through your parents’ minds and hearts as they looked in on you, and see if you can feel that same kind of love towards yourself.
